Hi @Lemon_Dolphin ! Thanks for sharing what you've been going through. I've been in similar situations in the past where it feels like I've been in an alright place and don't need to see my psych... it's confusing! However, for me I've found that it's honestly still quite beneficial. In fact, my psych explained on going therapy like this: imagine yourself as a glass and all the stress and struggles you experience fill up your glass. Each time you do therapy, you're helping to empty that glass just a little bit, which prevents you from overflowing - and this could be feeling like you are not in a good place at all. In this way, seeing your counsellor when you are feeling better can serve as a preventative measure for the future. It may be worth trying at least once and if it turns out it doesn't provide any additional benefit then you'll know the answer for the future. You deserve to be happy and feel supported and I have all the faith in the world that you will do what is best for you!!! Good luck !!
