I can understand why life is feeling like a battle for you, everything you have described is a lot for anyone to have on their plate! I can see how feeling and experiencing all these things must be so draining and exhausting both mentally and physically. 

 

You are welcome to vent, I find getting it off your chest can really help and feel like such a relief! 

 

I know you shared that you're feeling safe at the moment, but I was wondering if you had a bit of a plan of what you might do if you did start feeling like you weren't safe? Are there things that help you or people or services you'd be willing to reach out to? 😊
