Yeah, I haven't done many workouts. I usually walk or ride, sometimes run. But with walking, I've found I get tired so much quicker than I used to. I think my body is tired too.

 

I'll have to try some of those songs out sometime. I have listened to quite a few of Tate McRae's music too. It's pretty good.

 

That's a great way of making sure you drink enough water. I tried drinking 2 liters a day but it didn't last long. I think it does also make you happier drinking enough though.
