Hi @Rara I love this post! I agree, I usually make big goals and end up giving up because I don't break down how I actually am going to achieve them. This year I want to read more so I set a goal of 40 books (so it's around 1 book a week with some leeway). I also decided to spend less time on my phone. I did this by setting screen time limits. I've done this in the past but I've set my own password and have ended up overriding it. This time my friend has the password so I have no way to access social media/games once I go over the limit and it's really worked so far!
