I'm sorry to hear that your anxiety has been getting worse lately. It sounds exhausting to have lost sleep and feeling like your past coping strategies haven't help. I hear that you are unsure of how to take care of yourself right now and everything seems to be more difficult than they normally are. I'm wondering if anything big has happened for you recently?

 

I'm glad to see that you're taking a proactive approach to managing your anxiety and that you have some coping strategies that you normally use. What do you normally do to help yourself cope with anxiety? I'm also wondering if you've been able to tell someone you trust about what you have been going through lately?
