I'm sure you're doing the best you can.
You said you've been having a lot of panic attacks and nothing works to calm you. This must be so hard, and I think you are so brave. What coping strategies have you tried that haven't worked? I find that focusing on my breathing when I'm anxious helps me sometimes but you might have already tried that. Could you try some new strategies to see if they work?
Life can be so difficult, and sometimes you just have to live one day at a time. I find that just focusing on the present, one moment at a time, can help reduce anxiety because you don't have to stress about the future or even the near future. Sometimes you just have to focus on one week instead of two. And that's fine. Not sure whether that will help because I don't know all the circumstances, but hopefully it's helpful some way or another.
What are some ways you have been looking after yourself, some nice things you've been doing for yourself? You need to remember to love yourself and I know that can be so hard.
