Sorry to hear you are going through this, I know it's not easy but you will get through it. Also thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us.
Right now the most important thing to do is to practice self-care and look after your body and mind. What kind of self-care do you like to do for yourself? For me, I like to listen to some music, go for a walk and eat one of my favourite foods. Self care can go a long way with improving anxious feelings and feeling more at ease.
