Thank you for sharing, it sounds like a lot is on your mind. Comparison is completely normal and everybody has moments like this and social media makes it 10 times harder now.
I can be very competitive as well and what I started doing was going to the gym and trying to beat myself with new goals each time so I only stay competitive within myself. I used to do this with sports as well and even board games. Are there ways where maybe you could healthily compete with yourself?
You don't have to be successful or remembered like a child actor. There are those around you who love and support you, and you will remember and be successful to them which is more important than the rest of the world because they'll remember you and your personality not just your achievements. Don't try and let it make you feel like you are less or haven't reached your potential, your journey still going and everyone walks a different path.
