Sorry to hear what you are going through, it sounds like a lot for you at the moment but you can get through this. 

 

If you don't mind me asking what are some coping strategies you have been doing? 

 

It sounds like you need some self-care but not sure where to start. I've experienced panic attacks and some really bad anxiety these were some things that helped me. Before bed, I always listen to music and a variety to focus on the music even if it means turning it up so I don't overthink and even when I am out in public on my own this helps. Currently, my favourites are artists Griff, Tate McRae and Ashley Kutcher. I also found a weighted blanket works I'm not sure how something to do with the pressure but it worked like magic with me and a nice warm shower/bath helped me calm down before bed.
