It's totally okay to explore and discover your identity at any age, and I'm glad you're taking the time to understand yourself better. Your feelings are valid, and there's nothing wrong with embracing what makes you comfortable and happy.
I can imagine that talking to your parents about this might feel intimidating, especially if you're unsure of their reaction. As someone who also struggled coming out to their parents, it's completely normal to have those concerns. If and when you decide to talk to with them, it might be helpful to emphasize that your choices are about personal comfort and expression, and it doesn't change who you are as a person.
Remember that self-discovery is a journey, and it's okay to take the time you need and let the people around you know at your own pace. Your well-being and happiness matter.
