Thanks for sharing. This sounds like a lot of negative emotions to deal with. And I totally get a lot of them. I've felt a lot of those at times, and I'm sure others have too, so you're not alone.
You are not a nobody or a nothing. You are someone and you are so important, even if you feel like people don't think so. I think you are.
And you're not a failure. Just because you fail at something doesn't make you a failure. You're productivity does not determine your worth.
I get feeling overwhelmed by self-pity. And it's so hard to get out of it. I still have problems with wallowing in self-pity all the time.
What are some things you are good at? Some of your talents and gifts? Sometimes focusing on what we are good at, instead of the bad in us, helps. And I don't want to say your feelings aren't valid, because they are. But you need a healthy balance between focusing on the good and acknowledging the hard stuff too.
Remember feelings don't last. Remember the sun will shine again, even if it doesn't seem like it will. Remember you are so valuable.
