Hi @Camistance ,
I am so sorry to hear that you are having recurrent panic attacks which are making it difficult for you to get to school. I can imagine it would be quite distressing and overwhelming for you to feel this way. While I am not a medical professional and therefore can't provide any recommendations or suggestions regarding your medication, I think it would be a good idea to try and contact your doctor who prescribed the medication for some assistance. That way you will be able to give him feedback regarding the side effects you are experiencing and hopefully he will be able to provide you with an alternative option for your anxiety. In the meantime, you need to prioritise your own health and well-being. If you are worried about falling behind in school, you could contact them and explain that due to some personal circumstances (you don't have to disclose panic attacks/anxiety) you are unable to attend in person but would be open to alternative ways to keep up with your classes. Alternatively, if you feel like at this moment, the school work is too much, you could speak with your doctor about providing a medical certificate or exemption that could be passed on to your teachers. I hope this helps a little bit and that you are able to take some self-care time and get things sorted out 😊
