Thank you for sharing your feelings and your story. I am sorry that you have to go through such a difficult time.
I feel like you don't think that advices others shared to you was very helpful is that right?
I just finished high school and I can share what I experienced but I hope something I did will sympathise with you 🙂
- Talk to a teacher or career adviser: I found that they can assist you in building a future path that you want
- Connect with friends and classmates: talking with others helped me realised that they are all experiencing the same thing and I was really comforting to that I wasn't alone
- Take a step back: while that are so many things all happening at the same time, noting down all the things I need to do helped me prioritise them more efficiently so I don't miss anything important
- Dedicate time for self-care: choosing a time that suitable for you to relax, I know this souns like a really general advice but I took it a step further and really commit to giving myself time to enjoy my own company
- Be discipline: now that you have dedicate time for you, you can do the same for study; dedicate some time for study and commit to it!
- Rewards yourself: choose something you really want to do, e.g watch a movie that you love, and make it a reward for your hard work; it made studying more enjoyable for me
I hope that these things can sympathise with you and help you a little. If there is anything that I misintepret about your story and situation, I would love to hear more about it!
