Feeling lonely everyday is a tough topic, as it is very personal. While the feeling of loneliness is subjective and the methods of combatting it varies, some of the personal tips I have used since middle school to university consists of:
1. Finding people with similar topics or within a similar enviroment like classroom or workplace. So that you can communicate better. This could also work within an online setting like forums or programs like Discord.
2. Use a more artistic method is expressing your feelings. For myself, I draw digitally as it is the most convenient. You can also draw, make music, scrapbook, dance etc.
3. Going outside for a walk. Even only walking for 10 minutes outside could already help you in improving your emotions.
