I just wanted to chime in and say how admirable it is to see how much self-care you've been doing! Going out with your partner and getting some fresh air sounds like it helped a bit. It's also great that you can speak to Lifeline and watch TV to look after yourself. Are there any other things you do for self-care?
It makes a lot of sense that having thoughts of wondering if you're enough would make it hard to cope. I'm sure a lot of people have similar feelings and navigate it in different ways, whether that be through looking at their achievements, seeing the value in their friendships and relationships, or taking time to do things that make them feel whole. The fact that you manage through feeling sick of everything every day really shows how strong you are. I was curious to know what you find helps the most when you have these thoughts running around in your head?
