Thank you for such an amazing share! I cannot agree more with you, self-care can be in a form of discipline or self-comfort. 

My favourite Disney movie is CoCo and my comfort food is any desserts that is hot, like fresh baked cookies or pastries. I love watching CoCo in my bed, suggled in my blanket and PJ and eating warm dessert. Nothing beats this for me! 🙂
