Thank you for sharing what's been going through your mind lately. It sounds quite overwhelming to be managing so many conflicting thoughts at the same time. It's understandable to want to ignore the hard stuff. Sometimes, we need time away from the hard stuff to gather ourselves.

 

I see that you're still feeling hurt over your past relationship. Healing from relationships can take a while and it can be hard to learn to trust again after you've been hurt. It can also be really tough maintaining the relationships you have right now and managing new ones but I can see that you're really trying!

 

I see that you've also been worried about your weight and eating habits. It can be quite scary feeling hungry but sick at the same time. I'm wondering how do you feel about your friend's suggestion of seeing your GP for a checkup? I also want to link Butterfly Foundation as a great service for getting free and confidential counselling support on issues surrounding body image and eating disorders.
