I'm still new to ReachOut forums so I don't know if there's a DM feature or such, but I might pass on this. Purely just because I don't want to influence your apology at all, I want it to be purely everything you feel necessary you have to say to them.
I'm sure as long as the apology does not mean to offend, and is coming from a good, non-malicious place, it will be more than fine. Defintely re-read it a couple times and try to put yourself in their shoes if you've chosen to go through with it.
