Hi Depressed_Lemon,
Thank you for your post and letting us know you are safe. Its not an easy thing to do coming onto the forums, and for that i want you to be proud of yourself. You’ve shown incredible strength and it’s really amazing to see that you are taking the steps towards your own well-being.
I was wondering if you had any other things you would like to do that help you feel safe. Safe-care can be anything from watching a comforting movie - to doing some art or journaling, this can always help us feel safer and to calm our minds. What does self-care look like for you? 🙂
I also wanted to just provide a link to Kids Helpline in case you feel like you need to reach out and talk to someone tonight.
