Sorry to hear you are struggling. Thanks for sharing what's been going on.

 

Have you got any activities or things that calm you down? Like calming music or candles?

 

And have you got someone nearby you can talk to about what's going on? It's great that you can chat to your counselor tomorrow.

 

It sounds like you're really struggling and I think you are so strong for reaching out.

 

Remember emotions are temporary. They are completely valid though. And it's so hard to not be overwhelmed when things get hard. And I do it to, so you're not alone. But remember you will smile again and the sun will shine again. And even though it seems that's not true, it really is. 

 

Hang in there. Keep fighting.
