Hi @Frog444722 , thanks for being brave and reaching out about this! The decision to get tested or diagnosed is definitely a tricky one, because all the implications of a diagnosis can make you feel pretty conflicted.

Ultimately, it comes down to what you believe will help you best, especially in the long term. Some things you might think about are "will a diagnosis improve my quality of life by getting me the support I need?", "how will a diagnosis impact my day to day life?" and "do I have access to resources that will help me navigate my diagnosis?" It's entirely up to you, based on whether you feel that it's something important to have.
