I had an ongoing thing with a guy for like four months. He was my type (cute, theatre boy and watched my favourite movies for me) and we would flirt a lot online and a little in person. We were in a musical together at the time. I swear to god if he sees this i will cry. Anyways, we have a pretty large age gap(nothing actually illegal) but big enough to make us not jump straight into a relationship. So I we laid low and didn't do anything. I confesses that I liked him and he thought that was cute but he didn't say it back. He implied it VERY heavily tho. I finally told my mum and she wasn't against us dating. The show finished and I told him "Hey my mums cool with it, wanna date?" and he said he still felt like the age gap wasn't great. So I was annoyed. He said that we should chat in person and so I agreed. Weeks pass and this guy says nothing. Doesn't plan when we meet. Meanwhile, he posts another girl on his story on Valentines day. I become jealous (naturally) so I text him.
"Are we meeting or not?" and he says yes and I say "Friday?" No response for another six days. I look at his instagram bio, the other girls name is there with a heart. I look at her bio, and of course it has his name with a heart.
I'm over it at this point so I text "Never mind, I'm busy Friday" And he has the audacity to text "oh, lets still meet up though right?"
I text back "lets not meet up, I respect your relationship with your girlfriend"(whom I didn't hear about until I found out myself)
He says "well we'll be meeting up platonically obviously"

So i've been listening to Laufey to process this dick's behaviour and THIS GUY HAS THE AUDACITY TO REPOST A LAUFEY SONG. THE EXACT ONE THAT DESCRIBES HOW I FELT ABOUT HIM.
The worst part is I don't hate this guy. He's 'a nice guy.' So its hard to hate him when he's around.
