Self Care: The Little Things
Hello everyone!
I wanted to emphasise the importance of the little things when it comes to self-care.
When feeling down, a good way to uplift your mood is to do some little things which can bring you back to the present moment and perhaps inspire you! Here are 10 little things that I personally do as self-care 🤗
10 little things:
- Follow a yoga video on YouTube (Yoga with Adriene is great!)
- Journal my thoughts and feelings
- Light a candle!
- Listen to uplifting music
- Look in the mirror and say five things I love about myself
- Make some tea
- Play with my pet
- Read ten pages of a book I love!
- Sit outside and enjoy the sun
- Watch a funny video
