@Lemon_Dolphin Yes, I think that kind of 'overwhelmed' feeling is more because you care a lot about them and aren't sure where to start helping, not because you think they're 'too much' and don't want to help them. So, like you said, I really do believe it's the same with the people you're sharing things with! I think just taking steps to share a little of your feelings at a time, or even having hang outs where everyone shares their feelings together (so you don't feel like the only one doing it) can be really helpful 🙂 Is that something that your friends or family (and you) would like to do?
