Hey @Hug
Love the name you chose. 😊
That's so hard when you don't get any responses from job applications. Sometimes it can take a while before you do, so you just have to keep trying. But then, it's also ok if you don't think you're up to it atm. But remember it can take time.
I'm also on my L's. I've got all my hours though, but I need some more work in certain areas. I'm planning on getting an instructor for that, but just like you, I haven't gotten around to it and I kind of don't want to add another thing to my life atm. 120 hours isn't actually too long. You kind of just do it and then realize you're slowly getting there. It can be quite hard but you'll get there. And even if you don't for a while, that's fine. Most my friends have their P's except me.
Yeah, that must be so hard feeling distant to your friends. Perhaps planning a few fun things to do in person could help. Maybe even just a movie at someone else's house. But then, some people just get so busy.
It can be so hard making new friends. But I'm sure you are such an amazing person. Just be you.
I get the mucked up sleeping patterns. It can help slowly going to bed earlier. Even just 10 minutes earlier and eventually it'll be easier. It takes a while to change your body clock though, so you might be just sitting in bed awake till the same time. But if you keep doing it, usually it helps.
Have you got some things you do before bed to help sleep? I know you're not supposed to go on devices an hour before, but realistically, that's so hard. Maybe a shower before bed or a rea could help relax your body.
Yeah, anxiety sucks. Have you got self-care to do when it's particularly bad? My favorites are breathing exercises and focusing on what's happening around me. But everyone's so different when it comes to these types of things.
It's ok to take a break. You don't need to be worried about what you're doing with your time. Just find small things that make you happy.
You could also try to find some volunteer work while you're waiting for a job to come through. Or maybe try to pick up some new hobbies.
Maybe setting some goals could help. But also, I get if it wouldn't.
Anyway, not sure whether any of this was helpful. Hope you're doing great. ❤️
