Hey @Green_Ghost these are some great techniques. I've heard of the first one, but I keep forgetting which number goes with which one. I haven't heard the second, but it sounds like it could be really good too.

One I like is you have to go through each color of the rainbow and find that color in your surroundings. Then I keep repeating it or finding other shades too. And I find that helps me.
