I usually do a creative activity, like making music or drawing. Although, when I feel completely overwhelmed, I tend to have a bath or make myself a comfort meal and play games or watch anime. I think going back to activities or tasks that soothed you as a child, actually really help when you start to get older. I feel like I lost a sense of what I really love in the process of getting older and having many more responsibilites. Its kind of grounding to see how much  better I feel by doing the things I discovered that I loved when I was younger and a bit more fearless with expression, differently to now. I also do enjoy exercise or even a walk with music for when Im feeling a bit frustrated or angry.
