Hey @angriest_star thanks for sharing a bit about what's been happening for you lately.
You don't suck. It's ok to feel numb at times. In fact, it can be a natural response for when you are struggling. It's a way your brain tries to protect you.
Don't blame yourself for not being able to feel emotions. It's ok. Just give yourself time. Things will change.
I found that when I feel numb, I do anything to feel, which meant I often chose to self-pity and feel bad just because it was an emotion I could find more easily. But it's important to be looking for the small things that make you feel happy. Because there are always things that do.
It's ok to feel numb. But keep hoping it will change for the better.
