A self-care tool kit is an excellent idea! Thanks for sharing. I tend to talk to someone or myself when I’m anxious/stress. I find it a lot easier to process things externally so it’s a good way to sort through how I’m feeling and work out what I need to do. I also find meditation helpful. I tend to use the same guided meditation as I like the person’s voice and it has become predictable.
