relaxing things!!

recently i've been trying to be productive and gain some braincells. so i started a little journal with a todo list for each day!! i thought i'd never be able to keep up with this, but i'm doing surprisingly well so far. it also has a little check in for the end of the day asking for what went well and things i'm grateful for. i do a really super duper tiny workout before i sleep, and i do my duolingo everyday. i also try to read at least a chapter of a book before i sleep. i used to seriously love reading but i started hating it a couple of years ago, has that happened to anyone else? if you are trying to get back into the habit of reading then i recommend the little prince!! it's a really cute book and very wholesome. to relax and look at pretty things, i play a game called sky: children of the light it's so relaxing and i could just sit and listen to the soundtrack all day.. if you do start playing it or already play it, tell me what your favourite land is!! mine is the valley of triumph!! i hope all of you are having the best time ever and maybe found any of these self care-ish methods useful!!
