Self-care every day!

Here is how I implement self-care activities everyday to make each day feel a little better and more exciting:

1. Reading 10 pages of a book everyday

2. No screens after 8pm

3. Exercising every day (short walk, pilates, or YouTube 10 minute workouts)

4. Preparing meals the day before

5. Going to bed early
