I love listening to music before bed. Being on my phone oddly sometimes helps too, I'll doomscroll though tiktok. I also like to relax all my muscles.

 

Sometimes if i really struggle to sleep I change my mindset to 'okay I'll stay up for as long as I can' and boom I fall asleep instantly. Odd, but effective. I learnt about it in psychology, I think it was Victor Frankl who wrote about it - paradoxical intention.
