I like listening to music as well. Doomscrolling on Tiktok works as well although once I fall asleep, the sound of the same tiktok that has been playing for hours inevitably wakes me up😂 Has this happened to you before?

Frankl's theory is interesting, I'm a sucker for psychological theory so I'll have to test it out next time I can't sleep!
