I also love doctor ASMRs, particularly sleep clinics!
I have never thought about social media being too stimulating because of the uncertainty of posts. That makes so much sense and explains why I can't fall asleep because I get caught up in a silly post! I have my notifications off on my iPad too because that's where I watch my ASMR so I don't want to be distracted.
That lamp sounds so perfect ahhhh! I need that ASAP since I am so sensitive to light and despise overhead lighting. I love my salt lamp and the warm glow it gives however sometimes it's too dim for the activities I want to do.
