Practising Gratitude

Hey y'all!

I recently found out that practising gratitude everyday is a great way to combat anxiety and prevent spiralling. So I thought I'd come on here and share three smalls things I am grateful for 🙂

1) I am grateful for my partner

2) I am grateful for tabasco sauce (I loveeee spicy food hehe)

3) I am grateful for my books that I'm reading rn
