There are many ways of looking more feminine, and many of which has been said down below. But I would want to suggest another aspect : FASHION!
Now while I assume that you wouldn't have much feminine clothing except for the dress that was lent by your partner, there could be some clothing in your wardrobe that can be stylised to look feminine.
- Oversized blazer and a belt can make an hourglass shape, that could accentuate your shoulders and waist.
- Use an oversized white blouse as a dress of sort, and be sure to add shorts beneath
- Corsets are also a good way in creating a feminine figure
There is also the rise of feminine menswear and Japanese androgenous clothing into the western sphere, so be on the look out for silhouettes and shape that you like.
Although the stuff I have said here are more so of part tips and part comment, you should always try to see if there are other methods in appear more feminine that are within your liking!
