Hey @mw24 and @dewgong what an interesting lists, I'd definitely like to read some of these books. I've read 'Turtles All the Way Down' and really enjoyed it and I know my Mum has 'Milk and Honey', I'll have to borrow it.

One of my first introductions to books with a focus on mental health was 'Finding Audrey' by Sophie Kinsella. The main character has Social Anxiety Disorder and at a young age (I think 13), it was a gentle introduction to me while I was going through some of my own anxiety.
