I love this!! This gives me the idea to create playlists catered to my neurodivergence. I find that my neurodivergence and environment impact the sounds I want to engage with so it's such a good idea to create playlists catered to these needs. Here are some of my ideas:
- Sleep/overstimulated playlists:
- Strictly instrumentals such as violins and pianos
- Ambiance - library sounds, cosy house fire, rain, etc.
- ASMR - whispering, wood sounds, tapping, affirmations
- Soft music/favourite songs
- Study
- Instrumentals and ambience to block out external noise and distractions
- Fast-paced, energising music for motivation
- Travel - car and public transport to uni
- My favourite songs and artists at the moment (I love Sabrina Carpenter, Hozier, and Harry Styles at the moment!)
I'll check these songs and artists out as there are some like Gracie Abrams that I've been wanting to listen to for a while!
Thank you for your post😁
