Hey @Asparagus_Hedgehog ,
I'm really sorry that you didn't do as well as you hoped. I understand how it feels to not get the results you wanted in an exam and it's completely understandable that you feel this way. Something that helps cheer me up and get my mind off things is practising a bit of self care. For me that involves baking some chocolate chip cookies (honestly it's also a way for me to procrastinate haha) or doing some drawing while watching my favourite TV shows. Self care may look different to you (which is completely fine!) but little things like that can help you get your mind off of things and stop the ruminating and spiraling. Even talking to a friend or family member about this can help you out with these feelings.
Self care and reaching out is definitely easier said than done but I hope things start turning up a little bit ❤️
