My specific goal is to create 'easy to stick to' routines. I'm someone who suffers from serious burn out and a lot of adhd symptoms regarding being disorganised, forgetting to do tasks and feeling like the smallest chores are the hardest things ever.
If I don't cook, or do the dishes, then there's no food or clean dishes. So I'm trying to create my 'easy to stick to' routines by washing my dishes as soon as I've finished with them. As well as setting aside enough time a few times a week to meal plan healthy and nutritious meals so I'm not relying on 'not so nutritious' food I have in my freezer.
And I completely understand how you @Green_Ghost and @snazzy_pigeon feel! Almost as soon as I got my license, I moved to a major city and live in an inner suburb. I essentially learnt how to drive alone, in very busy areas and the CBD. It took a while, but I am pretty confident in my driving skills now, espeically around the dreaded trams.
