Hi @mt08_ ,
Welcome to the forums!
Thank you for your incredible bravery in opening up about what has happened for you. I can see that you're having a really difficult time with a heavy betrayal. I want to reiterate that being threatened and doxxed is never okay and this also goes for being recorded in such an intimate context without your consent. It is not your fault and it's understandable that you feel isolated and unsure of what to do after what has happened.
I'm seeing that you feel hesitant in telling your parents or therapist and that's highly understandable given what you've been through. I want to let you know that your therapist could be a really helpful person to help you work through how you are feeling about this. ESafetyCommissioner is also an excellent resource that can provide you with information and support surrounding online bullying and image-based abuse. We also have an article on strategies on dealing with cyberbullying.
I understand that naturally you've been feeling exposed and worried for the future. I'm wondering if there is anything that you feel able to do for self-care at the moment?
You're not alone in this and we're here for you. If you feel comfortable you can check out this video on Ashleigh's experience with cyberbullying.
We will also be sending you an email to check in on you further, so keep an eye out!
