Hey @Lemon_Dolphin I just wanted to say how admirable it is that you've come to a place of wanting to look after yourself even when the self-harm urges are strong. It sounds like you're trying to stay away from anything that involves pain, is that correct? I was wondering if there was anything small that you can do that you know gives you a positive rush, like giving yourself a treat or listening to something that tickles your brain? 

 

This topic has come up a lot on the community and I wanted to link you to some past discussions here, here and here. Looking through them, I can see a few alternatives that don't involve physical pain. I hope some of these stand out to you and am looking forward to hearing your thoughts 😊
