Hi @miso_soup, I struggled with spending excessive time on social media during covid isolation so I try to be very mindful of it now. I keep my charger away from my bed so I'm not spending too much time on it before sleeping. I've also allocated 'socials time' to only use them during certain hours making it feel like a reward and turned off all my social media notifications so that I don't get tempted to go on them outside of the allocated hours. I know these are very simple things to do and don't sound too helpful but it's always good to start with babysteps. All the best to you!
