It's really nice to hear that you are enjoying your counselling sessions 😊. I can relate with your feelings as well, although I feel great at the end of each session, it do get rather tired out after.

 

What I typically do to destress after sessions, same as @Blueberry_Kudu, I would go out to have a nice walk as well, get some fresh air and sunshine. I would then go chat with some friends if that is possible. Sometimes I would also treat myself to a drink or something nice if my finances allow for the month 😆.

 

In any case, I'm really glad you enjoyed your session and hope some of our tips helped 😊.
