I’m really glad counselling is going well for you! It can definitely be exhausting sometimes. I usually eat foods that I like after. If it’s been a difficult session I usually lie in bed for a while before trying to do anything else. Sometimes I have a nap, other times I just watch YouTube for a bit. I find that my concentration just isn’t as good after therapy so I try to take more breaks during uni or try again later if I really can’t focus.
