Hey guys, 

I was hoping to see if anyone has any tips or advice for self esteem/confidence? Like believing in their self? I don’t have any close or best friends but I want to meet & have more friends & have a bigger social circle. I know some people from work but they have always been like  acquaintances/work friends who only work together & that’s it. I also seam to get flustered & clumsy around girls I like, like I always seam awkward when talking to them so any advice on that would be appreciated
