I am relatively new to this page, but I just wanted to reach out and share my congratulations for such a big achievement!! 😍
5 days is incredible, and the mixed feelings surrounding this is completely normal, at least in my experience. It's almost like self-harm became a comfort blanket and now that you are 5-days free, it can cause conflicting emotions. In my experience, it's best to consistently recognise how far you have come and be proud of yourself, small steps lead to big accomplishments.
