Hi @sc0ut , as another very busy and rather stressed uni student, I absolutely relate to what you're saying. Thankyou so much for sharing thia, I think you've taken a really big step in just recognising that things are tricky right now - I agree that it definitely is more difficult to keep ontop of even the most basic tasks when life gets busy! Something that really is helping me at the moment with studying and keeping on top of taking care of myself is maintaining a semblance of a routine (ie. getting up at roughly the same time everyday, eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at regular times etc). I find that after a couple hours of studying my energy tends to naturally wane and I like to use this as a cue to get up, go get something to eat and have a glass of water - it's amazing how much better I tend to feel after a little break and some food! I also think that this imposter syndrome around adulthood that you've alluded to is such a normal type of emotion - it's definitely that I and lots of people I know have experienced too. Please remember, things are tough right now, but that these feelings are temporary, and things will get better 😊
