Hi @Poppet21 , i'm so sorry to hear this, friendships can be really complicated. It sounds like you felt really upset when your friend said this - I know from experience that it's really painful to hear uncaring things from a friend. This is especially true when they are someone whose presence you value in your life, and who you trust. I also think it's completely natural that this would knock your confidence and self-esteem. Please know that it's not ok for your friends to make you feel this way, and that their behaviour does not reflect anything real about you or your worth. I'm sending you lots of care 💜
