I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with Centrelink today. The lack of communication and support from them is honestly so frustrating. 

I recently went through the same experience with graduating and finishing up on youth allowance. I finished my exams in October but my graduation wasn't officially conferred until November. The advice I received from my centrelink person was to stay on youth allowance until I was officially awarded my degree in November. (not sure if this is the correct advice for everyone, but I thought I'd share my experience in case it is helpful. I was so confused and totally understand how frustrating it can feel)

Also, congratulations on finishing your studies!!! That's huge achievement I'm so proud of you ❤️
